Eternal Death Wake

The Eternal Death Wake (EDW) is an annual gathering that celebrates the world of dark alternative music, including genres such as Goth, Industrial, Post-Punk, Darkwave, and Death Rock. The event originated from the "Eastern Goth Valley" moniker coined by Japanese post-punk icon Haruhiko Ash (The Zolge / Eve of Destiny) during their Subkulture Tour in Manila, Philippines.

What started as a niche gathering in the Philippines has now evolved into a roving, highly anticipated celebration that has even reached American soil. The EDW has achieved mainstream support, with sponsorships from renowned brands like Axe Cologne, solidifying its status as a premier event in the dark alternative music scene.

Over the years, the EDW has hosted a remarkable lineup of notable acts, including the likes of Eve of Destiny (Japan), Kozi (ex Malice Mizer) (Japan), Psydoll (Japan), Angina Pectoris (Germany), Tremor Low (US), The Last Cry (UK), and Former Humans (US), among many others. These artists have captivated audiences with their haunting melodies, pulsating rhythms, and mesmerizing stage presence, creating an unforgettable experience for attendees.

The Eternal Death Wake is more than just a music festival; it's a gathering of like-minded individuals who share a passion for the darker side of alternative music. It's a place where fans can come together, immerse themselves in the rich tapestry of subculture, and connect with others who share their unique musical tastes and aesthetic sensibilities.
