Post punk done well. Thumbs up for this. Thank you for sharing. Not much in common with JA but good in its own right. I like Perry's vocals here, though not in his mature style.
There’s this Psi Com song I can’t find anywhere since the YouTube video was removed! It was titled ‘them’ not theme, but them, I think.. Because it’s not theme, it was a different song! Anybody have access to their full discography?
I was lead here by Aaron Shear. It's a beautiful moment in a family's finite footing on the earth to be let into ones past, and learn of the gems that time often suppresses. Thank you Aaron. I too am shocked by the lack of appreciation… my opinion is not to make waves, but if all thats is truth probably sown from Alpha to a quick egressing of Omega ; after a harvests reaping, Mr. Ferrell's work peaked and dissolves after the music of psi com. But I guess that is what he wanted apparently "he makes a great pet". I just wish there was more.
This band been listening to a lot of PiL. Good stuff…more interesting personalised vocal delivery than JA, probably due to much more space in the mix, Perry's not fighting a wall of sound

Hat tip here….. that outro.. 🎸👍🇬🇧👌
¡¡¡Simply amazing!!!
Perry is right up there as one of my favourite artists of all time. Has always been great
I hear a lot of similar vocal phrasing in Xiola and Three Days.
This is focussed.
Wish this was on Spotify
First song reminds me of a combination between Joy Division and The Cult Dreamtime album.

I remember buying this on Vinyl at Reckless Records in Chicago 30 years ago (maybe more).
THE Band. That s all
Bought this years ago… Interesting!
This doesn't sound anything like Perry from later years. I would never have been able to tell.

Much better than Jane's IMO

Bought this album at Best buy in Tulsa around 96 not knowing what it was but glad I found it very trippy
An up tempo The Cure with a more metal New Wave sound… Not bad, but I really prefer Jane's Addiction.
I remember buying this cassette tape when it was reissued. It's still awesome today.
Very good, I enjoyed a lot.
♥
Ahhh, now I know where the Xiola reference from "Three Days" is all about. I have been a Jane's fan for 27 years. How did i NOT know about this????
i first heard this when i was 16. i am about to turn 39. it took me some years to fully appreciate this album.
Perry really has an incredible singing voice. It would've been better if he actually sang instead of shouted as loud as possible in jane's
cure like
man back when perry could wale…
